I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. After having some health issues, I learned more about exercise and nutrition and began implementing changes in my lifestyle. I lost weight, improved my health and felt so much better both physically and mentally that I became a trainer so I could share with others so they could feel better too! I know that making these types of changes can be overwhelming. I want to help people make sense of all the information out there, and implement the right exercise and nutrition plan for them, so they can become healthier and happier. In my downtime, I like to run, read, travel and spend time with family and friends.
